Zen Aminos makes reasonable efforts to present product details, quantities, packaging, laboratory information, and images accurately. However, packaging, labels, colors, vial appearance, fill presentation, and other visual details may vary between lots.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Items may be limited, delayed, substituted only with customer approval, placed on backorder, or removed from sale at any time.

Certificates of Analysis and other laboratory documentation may vary by product, lot, testing schedule, and laboratory processing.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment is approved and Zen Aminos begins processing the order.

Zen Aminos may review, hold, limit, decline, or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing errors, payment verification, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, legal concerns, account activity, or policy compliance.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product selection, quantity, billing information, email address, and shipping address before checkout.

Prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and payment options may change without notice. The amount shown and accepted at checkout governs the order unless a clear pricing or technical error occurred.

Zen Aminos may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, even after submission.

Orders are generally fulfilled Monday through Friday, with the daily fulfillment cycle beginning at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Shipping speed refers only to carrier transit time after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Purchasing overnight or next-day shipping does not guarantee same-day processing.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates. Zen Aminos is not responsible for delays, loss, misdelivery, customs issues, incorrect addresses, severe weather, or other events outside its reasonable control.

Due to the nature of laboratory research products and the inability to verify handling, storage, or chain of custody after delivery, all sales are final unless Zen Aminos approves a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or other resolution.

Opened, used, reconstituted, altered, improperly stored, or removed-from-packaging products are not eligible for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Cancellation or order-change requests must be submitted promptly. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Promotions are subject to their stated dates, product eligibility, quantity requirements, exclusions, and checkout rules.

• Discounts may not apply to every product category.
• Offers may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
• Automatic promotions may replace or prevent another discount.
• Codes may be limited, canceled, corrected, or disabled for misuse.
• Zen Bucks, store credits, and rewards have no cash value.

Zen Aminos may modify or end promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

You may not use the website, products, content, or services to:

The Zen Aminos name, logo, website design, product names, photographs, graphics, text, code, marketing materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to Zen Aminos and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially use Zen Aminos content without prior written permission.

The website, products, content, documentation, and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Zen Aminos does not guarantee uninterrupted website access, error-free content, uninterrupted carrier service, continuous product availability, or that third-party services will operate without delay or interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zen Aminos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, research losses, or damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized use, improper handling, storage, shipping delays, or third-party conduct.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Zen Aminos’ total liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zen Aminos, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
