Submit your business details, EIN, sales channels, estimated monthly purchasing, and product interests.
Get approved
Zen Aminos reviews every application. Approval creates a new, dedicated partner account. It is never merged with an existing retail customer account.
Fund your wallet
Request an ACH or Zelle funding load of at least $500. Funds remain pending until our team confirms payment.
Order privately
Search 35 strength-specific SKUs, enter box quantities, and add multiple products to the regular WooCommerce cart.
Checkout securely
Wholesale checkout accepts approved wallet funds, ACH bank debit, or Zelle. Retail coupons, rewards, promotions, and unrelated payment methods are excluded.
We process it
Your order is flagged “3PL — Vendor Order Required” so our team can place and manage the vendor order.
Volume pricing
One quantity equals one box of 10 vials. Discounts are based on the total number of boxes in the wholesale cart.
Wholesale orders include $30 flat shipping. Product availability and fulfillment timing begin after vendor confirmation.
Your purchasing credit stays yours.
The minimum initial load and every reload is $500. Loads are nonrefundable and not redeemable for cash, but the entire verified amount remains as nonexpiring purchasing credit. Any unused balance stays in your account for future wholesale orders.
Frequently asked questions
Who can access the private catalog?
Only accounts manually assigned the approved Zen Aminos 3PL / wholesale role. The catalog, products, prices, funding tools, and wholesale checkout are blocked for everyone else.
Does applying guarantee approval?
No. Applications are reviewed individually, and Zen Aminos may approve or decline access based on business fit and verification.
How are products sold?
Each catalog quantity represents one box containing 10 vials. The portal lists the compound, strength, internal SKU, box price, and quantity field.
How do I fund my wholesale wallet?
Approved partners submit a funding request from My Account and choose ACH bank debit or Zelle. Every request receives a unique reference number. Your wallet is credited only after our team verifies the payment.
Do wallet funds expire?
No. Verified purchasing credit remains in the account until used. It is nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can I use coupons, Zen Bucks, rewards, or retail promotions?
No. Wholesale carts are isolated from retail discounts, rewards, cashback, coupons, free-shipping offers, and other retail promotions.
Can I mix retail and wholesale products?
No. Retail and 3PL products must be purchased in separate orders.
What payment methods are approved for partner transactions?
Approved partner payment methods are ACH bank debit and Zelle. Wholesale orders may also use verified 3PL wallet funds. If the wallet balance is insufficient, submit a new $500-or-more ACH or Zelle funding request.
How long does fulfillment take?
Availability and fulfillment timing begin after the upstream vendor confirms the order. Timing may vary by product and vendor availability.
Can I use my existing retail account?
No. Apply with a separate business email. Approval creates a dedicated partner account with 3PL / wholesale access and never merges it with your retail customer account.
Where do approved partners log in?
Use the normal Zen Aminos My Account login page with your dedicated partner credentials. Approved accounts will see separate links for the 3PL Ordering Portal and Fund 3PL Account.
