Orders processed in 1 business day. Fulfillment runs Monday–Friday, beginning at 12:00 PM Eastern. Carrier transit starts after processing.
Next-day shipping does not guarantee next-day delivery from the time of purchase.
Purchasing a next-day or overnight shipping option only controls the carrier’s transit speed after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. It does not shorten or bypass our normal order-processing time.
From checkout to delivery
- Order received: Payment, inventory, and fulfillment review. Orders after the daily cycle, on weekends, or on holidays enter the next available business-day cycle.
- Processing: Timing may extend during sales, restocks, large launches, or high-volume periods.
- Carrier transit: Your chosen shipping speed starts after handoff. Carrier delivery estimates are outside our direct control.

Fulfillment Schedule
Zen Aminos fills orders Monday through Friday. Our daily fulfillment cycle begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
Orders placed after the daily fulfillment cycle may begin processing on the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and recognized holidays are not counted as business-processing days.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. This is an estimate rather than a same-day guarantee.
Processing may be extended during promotions, product launches, restocks, holidays, payment verification, address review, or unexpected fulfillment delays.
Expedited & Next-Day Shipping
Expedited, overnight, and next-day options refer only to the carrier’s shipping speed after the order leaves our facility.
Paying for next-day shipping does not guarantee that your order will be processed, packed, or handed to the carrier on the same day it is placed.
Urgent Orders
If you need an order by a specific date or require same-day processing, contact customer support before placing the order.
Our team can review current fulfillment capacity, but same-day processing and next-day arrival cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided when available. A tracking number may be created before the carrier physically scans or accepts the package.
Tracking updates can take time to appear. A “label created” status does not necessarily mean the package is already in carrier transit.
Carrier Delays
Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates. Zen Aminos is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, routing, staffing, service disruptions, peak volume, customs, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing.
Additional shipping fees may apply when a package is returned, redirected, or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delivered or Missing Packages
When tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, and the carrier.
Contact support with your order number and tracking information if the package remains missing. A carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or other resolution is considered.
