Customers are responsible for understanding and following all laws, regulations, institutional rules, and safety requirements that may apply in their location.

• Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
• Use a secure delivery location capable of receiving the package.

• Store and handle products according to appropriate laboratory practices.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been approved and the order has entered processing. Zen Aminos may review, hold, cancel, or limit an order when necessary for payment verification, fraud prevention, inventory availability, shipping restrictions, or policy compliance.

Customers should carefully verify product selection, quantity, billing email, and shipping address before completing checkout. Once fulfillment begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Available payment methods may vary by customer, order value, device, location, or payment-provider requirements. Orders are not released for fulfillment until the required payment has been confirmed.

• Orders placed with an unpaid or incomplete payment method may remain on hold.
• Customers are responsible for any bank, card, transfer, or currency-conversion fees charged by third parties.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during promotions, product launches, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, or account verification.

Shipping estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Carrier transit times are not guaranteed by Zen Aminos.

• Tracking information is sent when available.
• Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.
• Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates.
• Zen Aminos is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

When tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, and the carrier. Carrier claims or investigations may be required before a replacement decision can be made.

Due to the nature of laboratory research products and the inability to verify storage, handling, chain of custody, or product integrity after delivery, all sales are final unless Zen Aminos determines that an order qualifies for a replacement, store credit, or refund under these policies.

Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, altered, improperly stored, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

Contact Zen Aminos promptly if your shipment arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing an item. Include the order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos of the shipping package, label, packing materials, or affected item may be requested when needed to evaluate a claim.

Claims are reviewed individually. When approved, Zen Aminos may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Cancellation or change requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Zen Aminos cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation.

If a shipping label has already been created or fulfillment has begun, the order may be treated as final.

Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, eligible products, dates, quantities, and checkout requirements. Discounts may not apply to every product category and may not be combined unless specifically allowed.

• Only eligible items receive the stated discount.
• Some automatic offers may replace or prevent another promotion.
• Expired, invalid, limited-use, or improperly obtained codes may be rejected.
• Promotions may be modified or ended at any time.
• Zen Bucks, rewards, and store credits have no cash value and may be subject to expiration or account restrictions.

Available Certificates of Analysis and laboratory documentation may be viewed through the Zen Aminos test-results repository. Documentation availability may vary by product, lot, testing schedule, and laboratory processing.

Product images are provided for general presentation. Packaging, labels, vial appearance, color, fill level, and other visual characteristics may vary between lots without affecting the stated product identity.

Fraudulent transactions, abusive conduct, false claims, unauthorized coupon use, payment disputes made without first contacting support, or attempts to avoid these policies may result in order cancellation, account restriction, loss of promotional benefits, or refusal of future service.

Customers should contact Zen Aminos first so the support team has a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve an order issue.

Zen Aminos may update these policies to reflect operational, legal, payment, shipping, safety, or business changes. The version displayed on the website at the time of purchase applies to that order unless otherwise required by law.

Products identified as Skin & Body Care or Hair Care are cosmetic products intended for external personal use only. They are not laboratory research products and should be used only as directed on the product label.

• Review the full ingredient list before use, particularly if you have known sensitivities or allergies.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mouth unless the label expressly states otherwise.
• Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.
• Natural ingredients may cause normal variations in color, texture, aroma, or consistency.
• For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used personal-care products are not eligible for return unless required by law or approved by Zen Aminos after review.

Serious or unexpected reactions should be reported promptly to Zen Aminos support with the product name, lot information where available, order number, and a description of the event.
