Why does Zen require an account?
The catalog is reserved for qualified research customers. New accounts complete a research profile and the required acknowledgments before access.
What information will I need?
New customers provide their name, email, mobile number, U.S. or Puerto Rico address, research setting and role, plus the required age, research-use and terms acknowledgments. Returning customers should use their existing account.
Does a text login sign me up for promotions?
A verification code is for account access. Promotional text enrollment is a separate, optional choice.
What does a COA tell me?
A Certificate of Analysis records results for the tested sample or batch. Match the product and lot identifiers, then review the methods, report date and results. A COA covers the tests performed; it does not establish suitability for human use.
Do I need to create a second account?
No. Returning customers should use their existing sign-in method. Eligible existing accounts retain access. If you have trouble getting in, contact support before creating another account.
